Meet The Team

Dr. Fawcett is our founding neurologist. He completed his medical school and Adult Neurology residency at the University of Toronto. He completed fellowship training in stroke neurology and neuro-intervention at McMaster University. He is a member of the American Headache Society.

Dr. Monica Maher is a board-certified Neurologist with fellowship training in Headache Medicine. She completed all of her training at the University of Toronto. Her areas of interest are headache, headache management in pregnancy and trigeminal autonomic cephalalgias (ex. cluster headache, paroxysmal hemocrania). Dr. Maher is trained in Botox and nerve blocks for headache. She joined Danforth Neurology in 2024.

Dr. Farah El-Sadi is a board-certified Neurologist. She completed medical school at the University of Oxford, UK and her Neurology residency at the University of Toronto. Dr. El-Sadi joined the clinic in 2025.

Nathalie is a Canadian Certified Physician Assistant (PA) who graduated from the McMaster University PA Program and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. She has worked across medical specialties from movement disorders to family medicine and fertility. Nathalie joined the clinic in 2025. Working under the supervision of a physician, Nathalie conducts initial patient consults and physical exams, and she can also communicate with patients via email or phone for follow-up and medical questions. Fluent in Spanish, she is able to connect with a diverse range of patients. Outside of work, Nathalie enjoys cooking and smoking briskets and ribs on her collection of BBQs.

Olga is a medical office administrator who joined the clinic in 2023.

Natasha is a medical office administrator who joined the clinic in 2025.
